The space SLEEP The Piggery is a cosy, one-of-a-kind cabin tucked away in the French countryside. Warm, peaceful and thoughtfully designed, it’s the perfect place to slow down, switch off and enjoy a few days surrounded by nature. Sleep under soft French linen on a comfortable double bed, with nothing but birdsong and the sounds of the countryside outside. In the morning, raise the electric blinds and watch the light slowly fill the space. EAT The kitchen is compact but well equipped for slow breakfasts and simple suppers, with an electric hob, fridge, kettle and everything you need for a relaxed stay. Walk to the village boulangerie for warm croissants each morning, or pre-order one of our breakfast hampers with pastries, fresh juice and eggs from our hens. On sunny days, enjoy breakfast outside overlooking the fields. As evening falls, light the fire pit, pour a drink and soak in the outdoor bath beneath the stars. EXPLORE & UNWIND Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply taking a few days to recharge, The Piggery is designed for slowing down. Discover over 30 km of walking and cycling routes from your doorstep, browse local markets or spend the day exploring Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo and the Brittany coast, all within easy reach. Then return to the peace and quiet of the countryside, light the fire pit and enjoy some of the darkest night skies around. Guest access The Piggery is located on our farmland and situated on the same field as our converted bus, Wanda. However, at over one acre, there's plenty of space to keep you secluded from other guests. In the rainy months, we recommend bringing some suitable shoes so you don’t get wet feet in the grass. Other things to note Campfires are currently not permitted due to the risk of wildfire. A breakfast hamper and paddle boards can be ordered after booking at an additional cost. We will message you before your stay with full details. Travelling with friends? The Piggery and Wanda the Wander Bus can be booked together to accommodate up to 4 guests.
