You will stay in the master bedroom/bath suite of a new home with fine furnishings and detailing such as coffered ceilings and wainscoting. Private work or reading space in the library. Shared spaces include music room, living room, dining room, screened porch, outside deck with BBQ grill. Nearby gulf coast beaches, kayak rivers, Florida hiking Trail, miles of paved bike paths. The yard is surrounded by forest with lots of birds and butterflies. You will likely hear owls and see cardinals. Other things to note Your bedroom/bath is a master suite, with small hallway to private door, large walk-in closet, airy and spacious bath, large ceiling fan and supplemental fans. Some guests really never leave their suite. HOWEVER, nearly the entire home is yours to enjoy, including kitchen, laundry, music room, library, more. I can be quite engaging, but am often away on outings, or in the yard gardening. I keep to myself unless sought out by guests. Guests have stayed here and shared the entire space with me for 3 months at a time; it worked very well sharing the facilities. Sometimes I travel and then you have the home to yourself. Kayaking is one reason I moved here, and I offer several kayaks to guests who have the means to transport them to nearby rivers, gulf, or lakes.
