Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, except several closets locked for owner's personal belongings. An entertainment room is on basement level with separate entrance. Guests will have access to private dock. Other things to note There are 2 other houses in the cul-de-sac, both of which are occupied by highly regarded elderly neighbors. This is a private residence we are opening up for families and friends to make memories that last a lifetime. We expect all guests to carry themselves with full mutual respect for the property and the estate's two neighbors. No additional guests are permitted other than those listed on the reservation. ** NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the house.
