The living room is equipped with a TV (Orange TV package), a DVD player, a quality sound system (Bose), and various board games. A fireplace with insert is available (wood provided). A wide leather sofa and different armchairs and seating will allow you to share a friendly moment. The kitchen is fully equipped: 5 hobs, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer (a 2nd fridge is available), dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, 2 raclette machines and fondue set. The laundry room also has a washing machine, dryer, and iron/ironing table. A large table will allow you to share a meal for 14/15 people. The continuity of the dining room and living room (in the immediate vicinity of the kitchen) allows the organization of banquet-type meals, up to 45 people. We also provide essentials for a toddler (2 high chairs, umbrella bed with mattress). Outside: A large games room of 40m2 is located in an annex building, 20 meters from the house. It has a ping pong table, a "café" foosball table. This unheated room has a fireplace that can be used under supervision. Other games are also available outside: trampoline, pétanque games (private court adjoining the house and pebbles) and molky, a few bikes. A large wooden terrace (30m2) facing south (towards the fields) as well as a large table will allow you to enjoy the outside and have a meal (large electric blind of 20m2). We provide a wide gas BBQ (with plancha) as well as a coal BBQ in addition if needed. Sun loungers are available as well. This terrace gives access to a 190 m2 garden shaded by an old weeping willow. A second garden of 1100m2 is located a few meters from the house, on the other side of the pathway (which only serves the house). It is shaded by large trees (lime, ash and maple) and several fruit trees. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, and different walking paths are accessible immediately (including a path to St Jacques). The sources of the Scheldt are about 2 miles away. The house has 2 independent garages. One of them is attached to the house (the entrance to the house is directly from the garage). A 2nd garage is available. Several other vehicles can be parked outdoors in the courtyard, right in front of the main entrance of the house. Guest access The house is independently accessible.
