You’ll have 2 spacious bedrooms each with Casper queen beds, 1 bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination along with a dining room that is perfect for game night, space to work remotely or hosting family members & friends for a home cooked meal. We recently installed air conditioning which is very necessary in the summer months in western New York. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking essentials such as: frying pans, pots, cookie sheet, a coffee maker, salt, pepper and butter. All essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, hangers, hair dryer, iron and extra toilet paper, towels & bed sheets are provided to ensure a convenient stay. You have access to the washer / dryer located in the building and a full backyard. This space is the perfect location and walking distance to SUNY / Fredonia, 1 mile from Lake Erie and across the street from the shopping plaza for any last minute items you might need. Guest access You will have full access to the first floor and access to the 2nd floor landing where the washer & dryer is located. Other things to note There are tenants residing on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor of the building. There is a separate unit on the ground floor that is independent and private.
