The apartment is in a beautiful recently renovated building with a well-kept condominium garden. A kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and pans for a maximum of 2 people is available to guests. (The kitchen is divided between some private closed cabinets and others open for guests, please do not ask to open the private cabinets). Large 55" ultra-flat new TV, linen, blankets, towels, soap, iron with table board, wardrobe, coat rack. (In the room, there are open doors for guests and closed doors for spare linen). On the beach, there are several beach resorts and two large free beach areas with daily maintenance by the Municipality. Walking there, you will find many shells for excellent souvenirs. You will also appreciate the restaurants and bars on the sand. Amenities: The beachfront apartment is in a very central area so you will find everything within reach. Below the house you will have a varied choice of restaurants, 22 to be precise: pizzerias, fish restaurants, bruschetterias, piadinerias, ethnic restaurants (Japanese, Thai, Colombian, Greek, Turkish, Indian, Sri Lankan, Peruvian) and then bars, breweries, artisan ice cream parlors. Pharmacy and supermarket can be reached in 3 minutes by bicycle on a cycle path. In addition, the city bus stop is less than 1 minute away.
