Little Skip Cottage, on the Bay

Cozy and (nearly) new cottage just steps from the bay, curated to make you feel right at home. Whether you plan to explore and just need a place to lay your head, or you plan to escape and never leave, you'll love the cottage and your own little bay hideaway. The space Complete with all the comforts of home, we like to say our cottage is tiny but mighty! The house has a full kitchen that is stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. From the pots and pans, to the popular spices and serving dishes. The living space has a cozy couch, easy to use gas fireplace, and is open to the sleeping loft with a king bed! The downstairs bedroom has a super comfy queen bed and the bathroom has plenty of toiletries, towels, and a washer/dryer. Guest access Booked guests of Little Skip have full access to the house and the shared beach. Other things to note PLEASE READ: Please do not invite guests above and beyond the 3 person capacity of the cottage to stay or utilize the property (including beach) at any time. While we love friends, we try to keep the space quiet and tranquil for all guests and owners. Our beach and property are meant for renting guests and other owners, ONLY. Our cottage is located in a small community with a mix of 7 vacation cottages and year-round residences. Please be respectful of each cottage's guests and personal space. Disruptive guests will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave. Please also do not invite large party busses down on the property for pick-up or drop-off. We don't have adequate turning space for large vehicles and the noise of a beeping van / bus can be disruptive to other guests. Please walk to the top of the driveway for party bus pick-up and drop-off. TINY BUT MIGHTY: the main level of the cottage is about 500sqft and the loft is approximately 200sqft. The high ceilings and generous natural light make our tiny cottage feel open and spacious! SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: This 1-bedroom residence includes one main floor bedroom and one sleeping loft. The loft has all the comforts of a bedroom, is accessed via a spiral staircase, and is open to the main room below. You can view the staircase and railing in the living room photo. We recommend bringing smaller bags if you plan to stay in the loft as the stairs are narrow. Extra care should be taken when going up and down the spiral staircase. Please also note that the loft ceiling slopes. It starts at 7ft high at the stairs and slants to 5ft at the very back.
