My sweet house is located in an extremely privileged position - in the heart of Hue city but still retains the quiet, fresh and pleasant. Rooms are decorated in a lovely way, cared for in every detail so it is hard to ignore. With a beautiful layout and extremely comfortable, the host very close and friendly. Feeling comfortable living space, enough privacy and comfort like staying at home. We believes that you will have the perfect rest and meaningful moments for your trip. The space The studio include a common kitchenette and private bathroom, that have a rustic design. You can always use the outdoor facilities and the garden with Koi pond for chilling. LOCATION: Being secludedly located in a small alley of a quiet and friendly neighborhood, you are promised to have a quality night rest. MinHy is nestled into the Southern City Bus station (Ben xe Phia Nam) just a short walk and taxi from city center only 2 Kilometres. CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT: Our standard check-in and out is 13:00 and 11:00 relatively. Yet, if you arrived early or leave late, we will happy to arrange a temporary resting place for you or let you check-in early / check out late with a suitable price of VND 50,000 per hour if there is availability. Just let us know in advance for the better arrangement. Available services: we are happy to assist you in booking tours, renting motorbikes, arrange taxi/bus /train services, pickup-dropoff at the airport. Or simply ask us, and we will glad to share with you tips, maps for you to explore our beautiful town on your own. We love making your trip in Hue City as memorable as possible. Coffee, tea afternoon and drinking water are always free throughout your stay. REGISTRATION: All guests are required to disclose their IDs or passports before check-in. All tourism accommodation establishments have to register guests’ information every night to the police as per Vietnamese law. We will need to make a photocopy (or photograph) of your passport's or IDs first page for registration purpose. FULLY FURNISHED: - Kitchenette: Basic kitchen appliances, tools, and tableware are provided for light cooking inside the house. Please clean up after use. - Laundry: I guarantee that we supply a laundry service with cheap price for VND 30.000 per kilo (from only US$ 1.3) - Private bathroom with hot water available in both shower and sink. - WiFi Internet Access AMENITIES: We provide towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste. As a family run home stay, we hope that you will feel the homey atmosphere while staying at our cozy place. Arrive as a guest from far away , leaves as devoted friends :) Guest access 1. Living room, kitchen, the garden, koi pond, outdoor space and your studio. 2. From check-in to check-out, the studio is entirely yours to enjoy. You will also have 24/7 access with no curfew. 3. We will meet you to show detailed instructions upon check-in. Please follow the instructions to make sure you will be able to access the place. 4. Parking: Parking on premise is only available for motorbikes. We are unable to provide parking space for cars. 5. Private Balcony: There is a private balcony with seating just outside the room. Other things to note As there will be other guests in the house, please note following simple rules to ensure a respectful and comfortable environment for everyone: 1. Quiet time: 21:00 - 7:00: we want to make sure that everyone has a good night sleep after a long day discovering our Hue City. 2. Smoking is allowed at the outdoor lounge, please do not smoke inside the room and common spaces as living room, kitchen. 3. Turn off all unused electricity devices and water if you go outside or leave our home stay. 4. Outside guests/ friends: we welcomed you and your friends at living room (common space), yet please ensure that all outside guests will leave by 9:00 PM to avoid any complication with the authorities. 5. -Children must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs.
