Vacation home Kalea

The vacation home Kalea on the lake district was built in 2024. The garden is quite natural. The terrace is comfortably furnished. Groß Quassow belongs to Userin in the Mecklenburg Lake District and is close to Neustrelitz. The village has a good 140 inhabitants and is located in the middle of three lakes. The Berlin-Copenhagen bike trail runs on the doorstep. The view from the terrace extends far over hilly fields and small forests with a very lively wildlife. The space Kalea! The house in the middle of the lake district is freshly completed for rent. In 2024, the energy-saving house was built. It offers around 100 square meters of living space. It is bright and flooded with light. For cozy winter evenings there is a wood-burning stove. A heat pump provides heating. The furnishings should be as complete as possible down to the small spoon. The terrace and the garden open up the unobstructed view of the vast landscape. The fiber optic connection ensures fast Wi-Fi (from Sept. 2024). Guests arriving by e-car can then use the 11 kW wallbox. One room is being converted into a home office. This will take a little more time. Until then, the mobile and height-adjustable standing desk offers a practical solution. For video conferences, we use the HDMI port (5 m cable) on the TV. Guest access In principle, all rooms are available. We want to expand one room to the home office. However, this will take a little more time. Other things to note The Kalea vacation home is located in a lively village with a church, inn and craftsmen. Groß Quassow is not a vacation resort. We have nice neighbors with horses, dogs and even an organic cattle farm. The garden borders on extensive arable land, which is cultivated or harvested twice a year. The Copenhagen-Berlin cycling trail leads through the village and the surrounding lakes are of course also very easy to reach by bike.
