Vacation home Kalea

The holiday home Kalea on the Lake District is built in 2024. The garden is quite natural. The terrace is cozily furnished. Groß Quassow belongs to user in the Mecklenburg lake plate and is close to Neustrelitz. The village has a good 140 inhabitants and is located in the middle of three lakes. The bike path Berlin-Kư runs on the doorstep. The view from the terrace extends far over hilly fields and small forests with a very lively wildlife. The space Kalea! The house in the middle of the Lake District is freshly finished for rent. The energy-saving house was built in 2024. It offers around 100 square meters of living space. It is bright and flooded with light. For cozy winter evenings there is a wood stove. A heat pump provides heating. The furnishings should be as complete as possible up to the small spoon. The terrace and garden open up unobstructed views of the vastness of the landscape. The fiber optic connection (from Sept. 2024) provides fast Wi-Fi. If you arrive by electric car, you can use the 11KW wallbox. One room will be converted into a home office. It still takes a bit of time. Until then, the mobile and height-adjustable standing desk provides a convenient solution. For video conferencing, we use the HDMI connection (5m cable) on the TV. Guest access In principle, all rooms are available. We want to move a room to the home office. However, this still takes a little time. Other things to note Holiday home Kalea is located in a lively village with church, inn and artisans. Groß Quassow is not a holiday settlement. We have nice neighbors with horses, dogs and even an organic cattle farm. The garden is adjacent to extensive arable land, which are ordered or harvested twice a year. The Copenhagen-Berlin cycling trail leads through the village and the surrounding lakes are of course also easily accessible by bike.
