The space This 4 bedroom home has 4 separate rooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (1 with a queen sleeper sofa) and sleeps 16 people comfortably. The first bedroom has a King bed with an en-suite bathroom and shower only, double sink vanity, large walk-in closet, and 2 person sitting area with a 60” smart TV with streaming capabilities (must use your personal accounts to log in). It is the largest of the single bedrooms. The second bedroom has a king bed and a shared bathroom (accessible from the hallway). Has a double door closet for hanging clothes and luggage. The third bedroom has a king bed and a shared bathroom (accessible from the hallway). Has a double door closet for hanging clothes and luggage. The shared hall bathroom has a singe sink vanity and shower/tub combo. A linen closet is across the hall. The 4th bedroom is our largest room and had 2 sets of queen bunk beds. (That’s 4 QUEEN BEDS!) It has an en-suite bathroom and shower only, double sink vanity, large walk-in closet, and 2 person sitting area with a 60” smart TV with streaming capabilities (must use your personal accounts to log in). The large walk-in closet is vented and could easily fit a pack-n-play with room to spare! Each closet (4 total) come equipped with coat hangers and 2 luggage racks as well as extra pillows and blankets. Each bathroom has 1 hair dryer. (3 total) We have 2 adjoined living room areas, one with a pull out queen sleeper sofa (linens in entry hall closet). The main living room has a smart TV with streaming capabilities (must use your personal accounts to log in). The kitchen has everything you could need to enjoy an evening in and cook a full meal served around a dining table for 8 with 2 counter stool seats at the island. (2 ovens - 1 full sized and 1 smaller one) Dual Keurig coffee pot and single k-cup coffee maker. Finally, enjoy the pleasant hill country evenings in the BACKYARD!
