The space The Hudson Valley Crestview Estate in Goshen spans 3 large floors and was recently updated with special care to retain some of its old world charm. Pool: - Located in a separate & fenced area a few yards from the house, the pool is open from early May to September, weather permitting - New flagstone patio surrounds the pool - Lounge chairs, life vests & beach towels are available for use - Hot tub is available year round Tennis and Pickleball Court: -Tennis and Pickleball racquets & balls are provided -Court was recently resurfaced with US Open colors and pickleball lines added - Please note tennis court lights are not accessible Patio: - Propane Grill is Available for Guest to Use - Outdoor Table and Chairs Provided - Outdoor games including Corn Hole is available for use 1st Floor: Kitchen - Stocked with pots, pans, 4 ovens including a state of the art Bosch microwave/speed oven, Subzero refrigerator, cookbooks, Jenn-Air gas cooking range and more. Eat in kitchen seating for 5-7 people for those quick meals. High chair and children’s plate and utensils also provided. Laundry Room - 2 new Samsung washers and 2 new Samsung dryers complement a separate sink basin.
