Welcome to our luxurious new building in the heart of the Rhine Valley, which combines comfort, luxury and entertainment! The covered terrace of the house with large seating area is equipped with a windbreak. On hot days, a ceiling fan provides cooling. The party cellar with table tennis, pinball and projector offers the ideal environment for movie evenings, game evenings or private parties. Your unforgettable stay is guaranteed. The space There are two bedrooms with king size double bed and one bedroom with a queen size double bed in which there is also a bunk bed with normal mattress dimensions. More sleeping options are for two people on the couches in the living room and in the party room. Thus, up to 12 people could be accommodated. In the living room, a cozy couch invites you to watch movies. Movies from AMAZON and NETFLIX are available. The couch can be pulled out and used as an additional sleeping place for 2 persons. In the party room in the heated basement you will find a large couch, which can be pulled out and offers additional sleeping places for 2 people. Furthermore, there is a STEREO SYSTEM with AMAZON-Alexa, a TABLE TENNIS TABLE with rackets and balls, a flip box and a PROJECTOR for movie nights. You can also watch movies from AMAZON under the starry sky in the hot tub. We are happy to assist you with the setup. Guest access You have the entire house with covered seating on the terrace, garden with sandbox and slide for the children all to yourself. You can check in on your own. The key is in the key safe. You will receive the code before arrival. We welcome our guests personally and show everything during a guided tour. We live right next to it (in the house with the pool) and are always willing to have for inquiries and tips. In the guestbook you can see all the information and in addition we have provided a folder with tips for restaurants and excursions. Other things to note You have 3-4 parking spaces including carport available directly on the premises. We provide basic food in the pantry, fridge and freezer to all guests. A lot of spices and sweets are also provided. You can put something in the TIP BOX for it at your discretion. There is a NESPRESSO machine with enough organic coffee capsules, a microwave, toaster and kettle. Ceramic stovetop and oven are of course also provided.
