Welcome to our luxurious new building in the heart of the Rhine Valley, which combines comfort, luxury and entertainment! The covered terrace of the house with a large seating area is equipped with a windbreak. On hot days, a ceiling fan provides cooling. The party cellar with ping pong table, pinball machine and projector offers the ideal environment for movie nights, game nights or private parties. Your unforgettable stay is guaranteed. The space There are two bedrooms with king size double bed and one bedroom with a queen size double bed in which there is also a bunk bed with normal mattress dimensions. More sleeping options are for two people on the couches in the living room and in the party room. So up to 12 people could be accommodated. In the living room, a cozy couch invites you to watch movies. Movies from AMAZON and NETFLIX are available. The couch can be pulled out and used as an additional sleeping place for 2 persons. In the party room in the heated basement you will find a large couch, which can be pulled out and offers additional sleeping places for 2 people. Furthermore, there is a STEREO SYSTEM with AMAZON-Alexa, a TABLE TENNIS TABLE with rackets and balls, a flip box and a PROJECTOR for movie nights. Guest access You will have the entire house including a covered seating area on the terrace, garden with sandpit and slide for the children all to yourself. You can self check-in. The key is in the key safe. You will receive the code before arrival. We are happy to greet our guests personally and show everything on a tour. We live right next door (in the house with the pool) and are always happy to answer questions and give tips.
