Welcome to our newest addition the golden cottage. Here you will feel like you are mile away but you are just minutes away from EVERYTHING this great town has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants, store, main roads and still quiet and peaceful! His sister The Queen Silver cottage has been a hit with our guests so, we we bringing this second amazing newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath, all tiled, fenced yard, full kitchen, living room, out door sitting and covered private parking to you! The space Expect spacious stylish bedrooms, garden bath and great gathering spaces. This property allows a maximum of TWO dogs (note Service dogs will be free with the proper license), there will be a $75.00 fee for the first dog and $35.00 for the second. Please ensure that no dogs are allowed on the furniture or bed. If any dog hair is found on the furniture or bed, an additional fee of $75 will be charged. If your dog causes any damage to the property, you will be held responsible for covering the costs of the repairs. Please pick up after your dogs, it would be greatly appreciated. Guest access Code will be give on the day of check-in. Other things to note Fenced backyard, outdoor sitting, and covered parking.
