The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast and coffee in the morning. Guest access The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The stairs have approximately 15 to 20 low steps, meaning they are easily accessible. Other things to note Important to mention: The building where the apartment is located is not of recent construction, which is why the condition of the building may show signs of wear or poor maintenance. As a host, we are solely responsible for the proper maintenance of the apartment offered, that is, the apartment corresponds to the photos published in this ad. Unfortunately, the maintenance and renovation of the building is outside our remit. WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING!! Although the apartment has its own parking space. The reality is that the space is insufficient for the number of inhabitants of the building. Depending on the time of your arrival or departure, it may be inconvenient to have to coordinate with the neighbors to access and exit the parking lot. It is common for them to block your exit or for your car to block someone else's way. As an alternative, you can park your vehicle on Yucatán Street. It is quiet and not very busy, and you can keep an eye on your car from the window of any of the apartment's rooms.
