TWO large bunkrooms, arcade/game room, expansive lake views, swimming dock, 7-person hot tub, and direct lake access for AVPOA property owners will make memories to last a lifetime. HOT TUB NOTE: A new hot tub was added to this property in late-September 2025. Existing bookings may have seen an outdoor couch in its place initially when booking. Guest access There are 5 manager’s closets which hold supplies and personal items. These are locked via electronic keypad. Additionally, several closets that house utilities will be locked. Both garages will typically be locked. All 6 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, and common areas will be available.
