TPT License #21525000 City of Phoenix License #2023-4161 The space The Poolside Guesthouse offers fantastic outdoor spaces with city views and has really been designed to offer guests the best of our Phoenix weather with a private outdoor living area and dining area. Inside you'll enjoy a very comfortable bedroom with a great queen size bed. This space is cooled with a window A/C in the summer and cooled and heated with a mini split in the spring, fall, & winter. There is a closet for storage which also offers a small kitchenette that provides some of the basics (fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, dishes, silverware, etc). A private bathroom has just been remodeled to offer new finishes and provides a great tile shower. The entire interior space is small but comfortable for two people. There are two exterior doors within the space - One that opens to the private side patio, and the other which opens to the pool. The pool has a pebble tech finish and is very deep on one side so it's great for swimming. It's not heated therefore the temperature depends on the weather but is always available to guests. The poolside patio and swimming pool are the only two areas that are shared. Guest access Guests will have access to the side patio which offers outdoor living and outdoor dining. Guests will also have full access to the private bedroom, attached private bathroom, and kitchenette closet. The pool patio and swimming pool are also available for guests to enjoy but I share these two areas as well. Other things to note The home is located on a corner and the Poolside Guesthouse is accessed via the side street which means that you will hear road noise sometimes. Additionally, both the landscaper and pool service use the side gate for entry into the backyard once a week. Clothing is required at all times. Glass is not allowed by the pool or patio areas. There is no smoking in the room, by the pool, or in the patio areas. Parties are not allowed.
