Sea Haze Stays comprises a spacious ground floor guest suite with your own private entrance. Set amongst pretty garden and pool views, the accommodation rests in a quiet court away from traffic and noise. Relax in style and listen to the beautiful birdlife as you sip on a cuppa and put your feet up. Great location, just a short 5 minute drive to local beaches and Mount Eliza Village with loads of cafés, restaurants and shops to enjoy and 8 minutes to Mornington with more there to explore. The space The guest suite, comprising a large open plan living and dining area, a compact kitchenette (offering microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, wok and a coffee pod machine). A large bathroom with walk in shower and three person spa bath (also features shower, toilet and bath grab rails for guests with reduced mobility). Two bedrooms, one with queen bed, a desk and monitor for those who are remotely working and the other with two single beds. Enjoy use of the lap pool in warmer weather or a wood burning Coonara in the cold. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Your suite is located on the ground floor of our family home. You will hear us walking about, doing our thing as family life goes on above, but rest assured we will not hear you. If you feel this will be an issue for you then perhaps this is not the right booking. You may also see us occasionally pottering in the garden or a quick dip in the pool which is a shared facility, but we will give you your privacy and stay out of your way as much as possible. Other features include wifi, iron & ironing board, board games, hair dryer, dartboard, basketball ring, Netflix and resources to source your own apps. Guest access We are located in a small quiet court, with parking available out the front of the premises in front of the letterbox. Private access is through the gate at the end of the driveway, which is well lit at night. Self check in available with a keysafe entry for your convenience. Other things to note This is our family home, we ask that you respect your space, enjoy it and treat it like you would your own home. We also respect our neighbours, therefore NO parties or loud music, NO Hens or Bucks parties, NO smoking or vaping and NO candles to be lit. Adults must be over 21 years of age. We also ask you are responsible around the pool (NO glass) and the Coonara fireplace (please do not leave it unattended).
