We are Dunia and Fabrizio. Welcome to our centrally-located place, where your family will be close to everything. We are on the first floor, adjacent to the train station and less than a 10-minute walk from the center of Lodi. From the station you can reach Milano Lambrate in 20 minutes and Milano Centrale in 30 minutes with all the metro lines available to visit the great Milan. Don't forget to always bring your (and our) 4-legged friends with you, they will be welcome with you! The space Our property is a lovely three-room apartment on the first floor adjacent to the train station (about 200 meters, no disturbance from trains in transit) and less than a 10-minute walk from the center of Lodi. From the station, you can easily reach Milan Lambrate station in 20 minutes and Milan Central station in 30 minutes, with all the metro lines available to visit the wonders of the most industrious city in Northern Italy. The nearest airport (Milan Linate) is about 25 kilometers away, now also accessible by the new M4 metro line. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and is equipped with a washing machine, free wifi, flat-screen TV, kettle, independent heating and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a balcony and a bathroom with a shower. Free parking is available in the condominium courtyard for up to 1 car. Alternatively, paid parking on the street (free on public holidays). Our 4-legged friends are welcome! A two-room apartment (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and living room with balcony to be fully enjoyed. Other things to note The street has some useful shops (pharmacy a few meters away, greengrocer, butcher, pizzeria, piadineria, tobacco bar, small supermarket, laundry/dry cleaning no self-service); dog area a few steps in front of the property and other dog area in the large Carolina Island Park 2 minutes away, close to the historic center. Sushi restaurant and pizzeria about 200 meters away, in front of the Carolina Island Park and a shopping center that is always open about 2 km away with another Municipal Pharmacy. In the spring season, the "Navigazione sull'Adda" begins, and the surrounding countryside offers wonderful ideas for trips and walks, even with our furry friends.
