The space Welcome to our new, modern apartment with well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with heated floors and room for 4–7 guests. Here you get easy, stair-free access, free parking and a private terrace with outdoor furniture – perfect for putting on your skis and walking straight out into the cross-country track along the lake. The apartment offers fast internet, smart TV and PS3, and guests have access to facilities at Highland Hotel such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, bar and bakery. Geilo is an eldorado for ski enthusiasts with 21 lifts and 39 slopes on both sides of the center – ideal for both beginners and experts. Free ski bus runs continuously, and snowboarders will find their own adapted areas. The rest of the year you can enjoy family-friendly activities and beautiful trips to Hardangervidda and Hallingskarvet National Park. Families with children will especially appreciate the two playgrounds and the playroom nearby, including a nature playground in the woods (50 m) and a climbing park (150 m). Other things to note Bed linen & towels Feel free to bring your own, or let us know in advance if you want us to have them ready for your arrival. Price: NOK 250 per double set/NOK 150 per single set. Consumables We do not live permanently in the apartment, so basic items such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and kitchen paper are not always in place. 👉 Therefore, we have made a locked drawer in the bedroom with a key (which is located in the key box together with the entrance cards), where you will find things that may be useful during your stay (e.g. dishwasher tablets, detergent, batteries, kitchen paper and cloths). You are welcome to use these items – and if something runs out, we would appreciate it if you replace it when you have the opportunity. The Kiwi store is a 3-4 minute walk away. Before departure – please Remove bed linen/towels (if you have ordered this) and put them together. Empty garbage and sort it in the containers at the hotel. Wash and clean kitchen utensils, empty the dishwasher. Empty the fridge/oven of food. Wipe the bathroom and kitchen counter. Vacuum lightly and turn off lights/TV (log out of streaming services). Place the key card in the key box. Final cleaning After departure, professional cleaning is carried out: kitchen and bathroom are disinfected, floors are washed and textiles are cleaned (if ordered).
