Garage should be accessed only to retrieve the provided beach gear and to do laundry. The rest of the garage and its contents are for owner use only. Other things to note GENERAL INFORMATION 🔘 No shoes inside the home. No beach gear inside the home - please return to garage. Accidental messes: vacuum & mop are in the garage. 🔘 No sand in the house please. Wash sand off yourself and the beach gear both at the beach showers and in the yard upon return. The faucet is located outside between the gate and the AC unit. 🔘 Washer and dryer, and beach necessities are located inside the garage. 🔘 Garbage & recycling: city pick up day is Wednesday, please move trash cans to the curb on Tuesday evening. 🔘 Fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink. 🔘 WiFi is provided. Interruptions are possible due to weather and are not under owner’s control. 🔘 Please remember to sign out of your TV streaming accounts before check out. WILDLIFE & MAINTENANCE 🔘 We are in a tropical climate. You may see lizards, various insects, bugs and other creatures that are part of life in Florida. 🔘 While there is regular pest control, you can expect that bugs may enter the home when doors are left open, get tracked in on shoes or luggage, etc. Please keep doors closed, dispose of trash properly and store food in a responsible manner. 🔘 There will not be any refunds or cancellations in regard to normal bugs & wildlife. *Please see House Rules at the bottom of our listing for additional important information. *By booking and going through with your reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions.
