The space This four-bedroom home is designed for comfort and making memories, with two levels for your group to spread out and enjoy. Living & Dining: The main living and dining area offers a beautiful, panoramic view of the lake, with comfortable seating for your group to gather. Kitchen: A stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, a blender, and baking sheets. We provide coffee, creamer, oil, and basic spices to get you started. Bedrooms: The home comfortably sleeps your group across four bedrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms feature king-sized beds. One bedroom has a dedicated workspace. The lower level includes two additional bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room perfect for kids. A pack 'n play is available. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms ensure convenience for everyone. The upstairs bathroom includes a bathtub, while the lower-level bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer for your use. Game Room & Entertainment: Head downstairs to the game room for some friendly foosball competition. The home is also equipped with two large smart TVs for movie nights. Outdoor Oasis: The backyard is an extension of the living space. Enjoy barbecues on the large deck with the included grill (available seasonally). The hot tub is open year-round. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit. For water fun, a play structure with a slide, kayaks, and a paddle boat are available for your enjoyment (seasonally). Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house, the backyard, and all listed amenities. Self-check-in is available via a smart lock. W While the garage is not available for guest use, there is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Other things to note Seasonal Amenities: The grill, kayaks, and paddle boat are typically available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your stay is outside these dates, please send us a message to check on availability, as we are happy to accommodate when weather permits. Property Location: Please note the house is situated on a main road that can experience periods of busy traffic. Water System: The house is on a well system. We have a whole-house filter and an additional filter on the fridge. You may rarely notice a slight sulfur smell. Groundskeeping: To keep the property looking its best, our team may be on-site for lawn mowing (typically Wednesday afternoons) or snow removal during your stay. We do our best to schedule this when the house is unoccupied, but appreciate your understanding when it's not possible. Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located on the premises.
