Welcome to our cozy home at Solstad in beautiful Stavern! Here you live in a child-friendly and peaceful part of town, with a short distance to the city center, beaches, Helgeroa, Nevlunghavn and popular Foldvik Family Park. The area offers great nature experiences and many family-friendly activities. 🧹 Cleaning before leaving Guests can choose whether they want to clean themselves (both inside and outside) before check-out, or pay NOK 2,000 for cleaning. If cleaning is desired, this must be agreed upon no later than 5 days before check-in. 🌞 Enjoy the summer in Stavern Guest access 🏠 About the living conditions We live in the detached house ourselves and have the 1st and 2nd floor with our own garden, entrance and parking. In the basement we have a separate rental part where a girl lives permanently. She has a separate entrance, garden and parking space, and does not use the outdoor areas that belong to this home. You will therefore live in a quiet and private part of the house, with full access to the patio, terrace and facilities described in the ad.
