Will send you the password before you arrive. You can check in at any time. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves and can freely explore all the ten floors. The building is accessible 24/7, however, the elevator is not be available from 11PM to 5AM, so please tell us if you intend to check in during these hours so that we can assist you promptly. Sunshine Home is on the 3rd floor so you can walk up and down the stairs very conveniently. Please turn off all lights and air conditioning before leaving the room. Useful Q&A: 1. How long does it take from the airport to arrive? About 30-45 minutes by taxi or 45 minutes by bus Number 109 to Cao Thang College then 5 minutes walk to Sunshine Home. If you need to book a car to pick you up or drop you off at the airport, contact Mai Linh Taxi, Vinasun taxi or use Grab . 2. Is there a convenience store nearby? Yes, there is one on the opposite side of the building and in the building there is also a grocery stores on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor. Besides, G7 store is also only about a 3-minute walk away. In addition, Mekong Gourmet Market which sells a lot of domestic and imported goods, and fresh fruits is located at 73 Calmette, only about 5 minutes walk. 3. Where can we book tours to visit places? You can book online through travel websites or The Sinh Cafe or just notify us, we are happy to assist you. 4. Are there many restaurants nearby? Is there any place that sells vegetarian food nearby? Yes, there are a lot of restaurants in the same street, and even for vegetarians for example 103 Nguyen Thai Binh street (3 minutes walk) or you can order from Sala restaurant 71c Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, District 1 or order from the 365 Vegetarian Restaurant system. If you need, we can also order it for you or cook for you. 5. Are there photocopying and printing shops nearby? Yes, photocopy and printing store at 133 Nguyen Thai Binh, District 1 (only 3' walk) or store at 79 Yersin, District 1 (only 6' walk) If there's anything else we can do to improve your experience, let us know, we'll be happy to assist. Guest access You can use the lift or any of the 3 staircases and walk along the long corridor to explore all the 3 blocks of the building. Other things to note Sunshine Home is on the 3rd floor, Room 342, We can use the staircase next to the elevator for some short physical exercises especially at the rush hour. Safety instructions is set by the apartment: - Exits: Besides the entrance/exit, there is one emergency exit one at the Room number 10 , one at the back of the building named in Vietnamese :CUA THOAT HIEM (emergency exit) and one at the right front near the alley 59 Nguyen Thai Binh Street. - Cameras are on the ways and the corridors. Safe staying with local residents and global tourists. The building has 3 connecting blocks: - Block A in the font, Block B in the middle and Block C at the back. - There are quite spacious long and open corridors connecting the blocks and it is nice to see habitants doing some walking or some simple physical exercise and enjoy the breeze in the morning or evening. --> Sunshine Home 342 is at Block C which is nearest to the elevator and the main staircase. - There is a smaller staircase opposite to Room 327 in Block C and a bigger staircase in Block A near Room 305. Ground floor, along the entrance: motor for rent, hairdresser', barbers', nail spas, mineral water and Vietnamese rice wine shop and fruit shop 1st floor: The tattoo maker's 2nd floor: - Noodle shop; Bun Bo, Hu Tieu, Pho - Room 236 selling mineral water, soft drinks, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, snacks, tissues (6AM - 24:00 PM) 5th floor: Laundry service (Room 536 , around 1 USD/kg, 8 hours ready) and a hairdresser' with massage service (Room 534) 9th floor: a nail shop in the main corridor between block B and block C. Currency Exchange & Banks: Currency exchange: 22 Nguyen Thai Binh Street, just cross the street and walk about 30m and it is on the left. With lots of banks with ATMs and HCMC Stock Exchange around, this is the financial area of the city too. Pharmacy and Hospital: We are with you. Pharmacy at 43 Nguyen Thai Binh Street, just on the left of our apartment and another at 183 Nguyen Thai Binh Street. The Saigon General Hospital is at 125 Le Loi Street, just 4 minute walk from our apartment. The number for emergency services is 115, the number for fire fighting services is 114 and the number for police services is 113. Church: Opposite to our apartment is Hoa Binh Church. Food delivery: using Grab App for convenient delivery If you inform in advance we are delighted to cook for you in our kitchen with the material cost only and bring it to serve you as soon as it is done. PETS: We love dogs and cats as pets but pets are not allowed to use the only elevator in our apartment because of safety reason and big dogs must wear muzzles as we walk them in the street.
