SunPeople House: Private Pool & Large Garden

Welcome to our tropical oasis, only 800 meters walk to the beach. Our eco-friendly home sits on 1.5 acres of beautiful gardens and features a spacious veranda and private swimming pool. Our home is partially run on solar power and the gardens and swimming pool are fed with collected rainwater. Between dips in the pool and swims at the nearby beach, take a meditative walk among the 40+ coconut trees, tropical flowers, & endless plants. We hope SunPeople serves as a quiet and lovely retreat space. The space The main house has a traditional makuti (palm) roof and a relaxed coastal vibe. It has a living room with two sitting areas, a breakfast nook for eating meals or playing games, a large kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed and day bed, an additional full bathroom, and a spacious veranda. The veranda has a seating area and large dining table. Our kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. A chef can be organized for an additional charge. We have two additional bedrooms that are separate structures with private entrances. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is over by the pool and has a king bed and day bed. The house comes staffed with daily housekeeping, a gardener, and night security. Our staff are all wonderful and ready to assist you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. All bedrooms come en suite with private bathrooms and have air conditioners, fans, and mosquito nets. We also have a solar water heater should you wish to take a hot shower. We offer unlimited wifi throughout your stay. Make yourself at home, go for a swim, and explore all that Watamu has to offer! Other things to note We provide hand and shower soap, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom per stay, and a large jug of drinking water. There are empty jugs available to get refills at the local supermarket Blue Marmalade. We provide bath and pool towels. Please note that our second and third bedrooms have private entrances and are detached from the main house. We want our house to be a peaceful place to stay. Please respect our neighbors and the tranquility of our neighborhood by limiting loud music/atmosphere. Power cuts happen in Kenya but we have solar power backup which will operate everything in the house except for the ACs. No smoking is allowed in the house or on the veranda.
