Estill Oaks is a rustic retreat on 80 acres, perfect for large groups, nature lovers, and families. Featuring a main house and bunkhouse with reclaimed wood finishes and superior design, it offers a unique stay in the Red River Gorge area. The space Main House On the first floor of the main house, guests will enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a 5 burner electric stovetop and ample seating; spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the breathtaking view, extra large flatscreen smart tv, and cozy seating; and convenient amenities like a half bathroom and pantry with washer/dryer. Indulge in luxury in the primary bedroom, a sanctuary with soaring ceilings and the rustic charm of reclaimed wood. The ensuite features a rejuvenating rainfall shower head and his and her vanities. On the second floor guests will enjoy an additional bedroom with full bed; arcade room with free games and large tv; and three twin beds in the communal area, one bed is lofted. This level includes a full bathroom with a rainfall shower head. Bunkhouse Adjacent to the main house, the bunkhouse features four individual bedrooms, each bedroom boasts a full bed, smart TV, clothing storage and personal climate control. On either side of the bunkhouse, you’ll find two full bathrooms, one with a washer dryer for our guests’ convenience and comfort. Exterior Guests will want to spend the entirety of their vacation overlooking the scenic view of the valley below. The expansive deck offers comfortable seating options and a hot tub overlooking this lovely sight. When staying at Estill Oaks, guests will get the chance to embrace the outdoors on 80 acres with a serene firepit, private hikes, UTV trails or a short 10 minute ride to the backside of Hollerwood UTV Park and Furnace Mt. lake. Other things to note Each cabin is unique to specific items they include, however, RRG Getaways supplies the listed items below at all cabins as a baseline for guests. A starter amount of the following: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, salt, pepper, oil and the like. Pets are not allowed at this cabin. The water is filtered and safe for all uses. There are security cameras monitoring the gate to this cabin as well as a nest camera at the front door, facing outside.
