A wraparound deck awaits, armed with a Blackstone grill and every BBQ gadget imaginable. The backyard? A playground of outdoor games, with a selection big enough to keep everyone busy, plus a coffee-and-wine nook off the master bedroom, regularly crashed by the local blue jay squad who often fly in for a nibble off the bird feeder or a sip from the fountain. Dine under the stars, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, or let the kids conquer the covered sandbox and their own pint-sized picnic zone. Beach days are fully locked and loaded with towels, chairs, umbrellas, a multitude of life jackets, rafts, coolers, a beach buggy and cart, and enough water toys to start your own shoreline circus.
