Chalet independent from the owners' house, Dorm with double bed, single bed, air conditioning in the bedroom, living room with double sofa bed with fan, 1 bathroom with hydromassage, but hydro inactive mode. Full kitchen with external barbecue, pool and backyard together with the owner. We do not accept pets, as we have a medium-sized dog that is trapped in the owners' premises. Gated community with concierge 24 hours, security, natural pool, adult and children, self-guided trails, waterfall in the condominium, Dona Graça kiosk / restaurant, (serves breakfast and lunch, upon direct request with Grace) Loud sound is not allowed because it is a gated community that contains rules of conduct and status. Place of great contact with nature, ideal for relaxation, quietness and rest!
