Other things to note ◆ Please be aware that guests must navigate some steps to access the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement. ◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please respect the neighbors' peace and quiet. ✔ The number of guests allowed is limited to those listed in your reservation. ✔ Setting up tents or other structures on the property grounds is not allowed. ✔ Guests are responsible for covering any charges related to damages incurred during their stay or additional cleaning fees if necessary.
