A beautiful , separate entrance flatlet with magnificent views of the ocean over False Bay. Spacious, light and stylish , with quirky touches to make you feel at home. Situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches .We are a 10 minute walk to the Boulders Beach penguin colony and 20 minutes walk from restaurants and historical sites in Simon's Town .The flatlet is attached to our home yet totally private with own entrance via a pathway flanked by plumbago and views of the mountain. The space The flatlet consists of a lounge, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower, handbasin and toilet .The lounge has a comfortable small ottoman to relax on, and table with two chairs . Both bedroom and lounge are accessed through French doors that open out onto a covered patio allowing sunlight , yet offering cover from light rain, extending this space , with lovely views of the sea. The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, iron ,microwave and a bar fridge. Cutlery, crockery and coffee plunger are all provided. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed , lamps and cupboard . Cotton bedding and towels are provided. Guest access Guests have access to the private flatlet and patio , via their own entrance but do not have access to the main property. Other things to note We are situated in a residential area , and the airbnb is private with own entrance yet attached to our residential home . While we strive to offer guests a peaceful stay , they may experience normal residential noise from neighbouring properties .
