In this version you will have access to 1 large bedroom, with an incredible view of the Sea, within the largest commercial area of Praia Grande and of course, without losing the essence of the space, which is to offer comfort, functionality and excellent hospitality. The space Contemplar Essence was designed to favor small groups. It's a lean version of ContemplarMar (meet at www.airbnb.com/h/contemplamar). In it we have covered and uncovered spots. The garage, despite being its own, is not at the same address as the AP, it is outside the building, but it is super close (3 min walk or 1 min drive from the building) and is still monitored by cameras by the concierge. (NOTE: to date none of our guests have run out of vacancy - last update of the listing: NOVEMBER/2024). 1 PAID space - in Private Parking very close to the AP, for a more affordable amount. CHECK THROUGH CHAT. In the garage we have a Bike Rack, it is possible to store your bike. It is a covered space, enclosed with a key, and monitored by a camera, however, they are limited hooks and it is necessary to secure the bike with a lock for greater safety. If preferred, you can store the bike in the AP. It is possible to climb with her by the elevator on duty. Our AP has two small closed balconies where the bike can stay safe. Guest access ContEMPLAMAR is the affectionate name we gave to the AP, and its ESSENCE version is for small families who do not want to give up comfort, excellent location and a unique hospitality. We are on the 7th floor of a building from the 60s/70s, 2 elevators, 24-hour concierge, 1 parking space (rotating - which depends on availability and outside the building), ample space, bright, well ventilated, comfortable, cheerful, functional, cozy and clean. Located in the heart of a vibrant region, full of life and energy during peak season. Enjoy the convenience of being steps from restaurants, lively bars and tourist attractions. During high season, the area can be bustling, providing an authentic experience. However, for those who prefer quieter moments, the rest of the year offers a relaxing atmosphere with everything nearby. Markets, Bakeries, Pharmacies, Banks, Department Stores, Cosmetics Stores, Laundromats, Restaurants, BBQs, Bars, Ice Cream Shops, General Goods Stores, fast food like Mc Donalds, Habibs and also the PG Mall, everything is just steps away! Because we are beachfront, facing the beach, you will enjoy a stunning view of the ocean and all the waterfront of Praia Grande In addition, it is clear that you can enjoy the beach itself and its immense strip of sand, filled with: - Kiosks and Tents. - Beachfront restaurants. - Playgrounds on the sand for the kids. - Outdoor gyms. - Sand sports like Footvolley, Beach Volleyball, Beach Tennis - Recreation spaces (by appointment) The Boardwalk is perfect for walking, running while enjoying the sea view, or roller skating, scooters, and biking making the ride even more fun (the area has some bike rental shops) There's a Craft Fair nearby The beach is also suitable for water sports such as surfing, stand-up, rowing and you can rent equipment and take classes at some points on the beach.
