Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg). The space We have a nice garden and the beach, where you can see the moon rise at night, or watch the sunrise at dawn, overlooking the sea. Experiences that are always unforgettable! Or just read and rest with a stunning view. I love staying inside or outside the house admiring the sea, the wind, the day or the night in silence, listening to the sound of nature. That's what we promise at Casa de Barco. The house is pleasant and bright with a cozy and comfortable decoration for you to feel at ease and relax, this is our intention in welcoming guests. We have a freshwater shower at the beach exit, next to the house for you to remove the salt from your body, and we provide beach towels for your comfort. We also have a portable barbecue and 2 kayaks available for a nice ride in the vicinity. You can call me and I'll give you instructions on where to go and the best times for a ride. Casa de Barco is located on a seaside farm called Sepituba. There are 3 houses, 80 meters apart on average, that have access to Sepituba Beach, and each has its own independent garden. With some accesses that are common areas. Guest access Our car entrance and parking are shared with 2 other houses in Chácara Sepituba. Upon arrival, at our gate on the road, you will have access to a steep ramp, which you must descend in first gear to the first parking lot. There are 2 other spaces below, but they are for the use of the caretakers, and I ask that they not be used. From the parking lot to the house, access is via another ramp, a small staircase and the lawn over the beach. The entire extension is about 150 meters, and the caretakers will be waiting for you to help with your check-in and check-out.
