Our 80m² apartment is located on the 5th floor of a high-rise building and has recently been extensively renovated and newly furnished, offering a fresh and modern design. You will love the view over Kaiserslautern from the 5th floor and can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. We also provide yoga mats and a small selection of tools for some exercise. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and features two bedrooms with comfortable king-size and queen-size box spring beds (1.80m and 1.60m wide). Additionally, the couch in the livingroom can be unfolded into a cozy sofa bed (1.40m wide). In the larger bedroom, you will find an adjustable desk with a screen, allowing you to work comfortably while standing for extended periods of time - ideal for remote work. The spacious living area invites you to relax with its cozy couch and armchairs. Here, after a tiring day, you can unwind with high-speed 250Mbit internet, a 65" smart TV, Netflix, and Disney+. Alternatively, take a break in the stylish seating area or the swinging basket with a view over the rooftops on the balcony. The modern bathroom features a bathtub with a glass partition and a rain shower, a heated towel rack, and a washbasin with an illuminated mirror. Fresh towels and bathroom essentials are provided, of course. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, a refrigerator (with an integrated freezer compartment), a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, and everything else you need to cook delicious meals. Additionally, the kitchen has a dining table for six people, as well as a coffee bar with a modern Nespresso coffee machine, a selection of coffee, and, of course, organic tea. In addition, due to the excellent tap water in Kaiserslautern, we have decided to set up a Sodastream for you here. The location of your apartment is also ideal - centrally located on the edge of the pedestrian zone. You can easily and quickly reach shops and restaurants in the city center on foot. You will find a supermarket right next to the building. Guest access You have the entire apartment at your disposal. Feel completely at home! You will receive a personal code to access the apartment. Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. Additionally, a welcome set with coffee and tea, as well as shampoo and shower gel, awaits you. Optional services include: - Late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked for an additional fee. - Cleaning during the stay can also be booked for an additional fee. We must present a registration form for every guest who stays with us, according to Sections 29 and 30 of the Registration Act (RA). Therefore, by making the booking, you agree to fill out our registration form during the online check-in process.
