Your tropical oasis awaits! Bring the whole family to this pet-friendly vacation home with lots of room to play and relax on our canal waterfront. You will find all the comforts of home, a heated pool, and many amenities to enhance your stay. Our boat lift is available for use (max 8500 lbs and not a pontoon boat), as well as 2 jet ski docks and a kayak launch. 1 kayak and several fishing poles are also available for use. The space The layout consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living/dining room, den and open kitchen. The master bedroom has 1 king bed, the second bedroom has 1 queen bed, the third bedroom has twin bunk beds, a day bed and trundle. The living room also has a queen sofa pull-out bed. Enjoy meals, play or sunsets in the Florida room with plenty of fresh air from sliding glass doors, and spend your days at our heated pool in the lanai. A double-wide garage and driveway gives you plenty of space to park. The sides and back of the property are fenced for your kids and fur babies- the only open area is along the seawall. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire house, garage, driveway and outside the property. You are also welcome to use the boat lift, jet ski docks, and kayak launch.
