Chalet in the heart of Chapada dos Veadeiros. Exuberant view of nature and the sunset. Wild animals are frequently seen: toucans, macaws, reptiles, amphibians, parrots and various other birds. Chalet, with Swiss style, double bed and balcony with hammock on the mezzanine, and on the ground floor 1 single full-size bed/sofa, bathroom and equipped kitchen. Children under 10 years old are not allowed. The second single bed, which is built-in, has a thin mattress. Please observe the rules regarding pets. The space We have a swimming pool with running water, hiking trails and one of the best views of the sunset in Chapada. The waterfall trail is NO LONGER available. We only have 3 cottages for rent, so you will have plenty of privacy. We provide an equipped kitchen so you can make your meals in the cottage. We are prepared to welcome up to 4 people per chalet. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the chalet and under no circumstances make fires. We switched our internet in December 2024 to Starlink. We now have satellite internet with unlimited data access and speeds that can range from 100 to 250 mps, which is sufficient for remote work (downloads, video calls, conferences via Zoom, Meet, etc.) and leisure (movies via streaming such as Netflix, Prime, games, etc.). Because it is further away, cottage 1 has a router that enables normal internet access. However, depending on the weather situation (the internet is via satellite), the signal to the router may become very weak and consequently affect the quality or even access to the internet. In this situation, internet access would need to be done at the kiosk or pool. There may be a lack of electricity in the region for periods of a few minutes to several hours, especially in the rainy season. If you are interested in having breakfast in Alto Paraiso Paraiso, Café com Graça, located in Vila Baru, has a buffet from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. It's always good to get in touch with them before you go to confirm that they'll be open. Guest access You will be able to explore the entire farm area (300 hectares), including the running water pool and the trails. The waterfall trail is NO LONGER available. The view in front of the chalets has several buritis where Araras usually nest. The "Buracão" mountain is located within the farm and offers one of the best views of the Chapada sunset. We have private trails that can be explored during your stay, some require the assistance of the caretaker as a guide for an additional cost to be negotiated directly with him. The waterfall trail is NO LONGER available. Other things to note We do not have a carbon monoxide detector because it is not necessary, as the stove's gas cylinder is outside the cottage.
