Small cozy apartment

Our small, approx. 30 sqm granny apartment consists of one and a half rooms with living and dining area, separate bedroom and small bathroom. It is located within walking distance of the train station, but you can get to the beautiful fields even faster. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our terrace in front of the house can also be used. The place is probably best suited for an individual, but two people who like each other will also find space here :) Guest access Separate entrance area to the apartment. Our terrace above the apartment and the seating in front of the accommodation can be used. Other things to note Unfortunately, some time ago, people were smoking inside the accommodation. Since then, all furniture has been replaced and it is freshly painted (as shown in the pictures). Sometimes it still happens that it can smell a little different than in apartments where no one has ever smoked before. Therefore, for safety reasons, we still use a small fragrance lamp.
