Quiet in a villa close to nature

The villa is adjacent to the I2 forest, which is a large natural area. Two minutes' walk from the accommodation is city bus no. 1, which takes you into Karlstad city center in 17 minutes, where you will find shops, the Lars Lerin museum, restaurants, etc. With city bus no. 1, you go directly to the university in 30-35 minutes. Bergvik Shopping Center with 80 stores and IKEA is 3 km away. Skutberget with exercise tracks, exercise center and swimming opportunities is 3 km away. I offer coffee, tea and tips. Warm welcome! The space In this room, there is a bed that is 120 cm wide. There is a small workplace, armchair and clothes rail with hangers and compartments for storage. Guest access Your own room, hall, kitchen, bathroom with shower. The bathroom is shared if there is a guest in my other rental room. Laundry room may be used if needed. During your stay I'll be on hand to help you get settled in. If I'm not at home, I'm available by email and phone. We'll solve it on a case-by-case basis.
