Another highlight of the holiday villa is the natural pond up to 2 meters deep. This is naturally cleaned by plants and the existing waterfall ensures that the water is constantly enriched with oxygen. We therefore absolutely refrain from using chlorine or other chemicals. The spacious, covered terrace with a large dining table invites you to relax and unwind with a magnificent ocean view. There you can dine and/or grill comfortably outside in any weather. The open roof truss in the living and kitchen area conveys a spacious ambience not least due to the high-quality materials used. From the kitchen window you can look into our permaculture garden, which we have lovingly laid out in a terrace shape. A greenhouse is also located on the premises and you can harvest fresh vegetables or herbs depending on the season - we have created a green oasis on the otherwise dry island of Fuerteventura. Guest access The grounds on which the Finca Roberto was built have an entrance gate, which is locked and you will of course receive a key. Otherwise, you have your own entrance, your own entrance door. Other things to note The villa / finca is in a very quiet residential development with quiet and secluded neighbors. You have a wide view of the island and the sea, as the Finca Roberto is located on a mountain. The airport is only about 22 km away; your holiday home is located in the middle between Puerto del Rosario and Corralejo and you can enjoy "audible" silence at the Finca Roberto. Both cities can be reached in about 18 minutes by car, whereby you drive about 10 km on one of the most beautiful streets of the island on the way to Corralejo, past the kilometer-long sandy beaches of the dunes of Corralejo. The village / residential area Parque Holandés, where the Finca Roberto is located, is characterized by its quiet but also central location. On the small village square there are two Italian restaurants and a bar as well as a playground for the little guests. Right at the roundabout / entrance to the housing estate there is a large, well-known Spanish restaurant with traditional Spanish cuisine. The surrounding towns of Lajares, Villaverde or El Cotillo with their many bars and restaurants are each about 20 minutes by car.
