This clean, quiet and well-appointed 3BR/2BA villa is located less than 5 miles from the Gulf Coast’s pristine beaches yet still secluded enough to give you the peace and quiet you are searching for! LIGHTLY SALTED is part of the Orange Beach Villas located just off Canal Road. We are less than a mile from the Wharf and the Orange Beach Sportsplex. The space THE FEATURES: ~ 3 bedrooms: 1. Queen over queen bunkbed ~ 2 full bathrooms with complimentary toiletries ~ Self check-in with keyless entry ~ Free WIFI ~ Power strip extensions with multiple USB ports in each bedroom ~ Smart TV in living room and each bedroom ~ Fully equipped kitchen including a combo coffee maker for those k-cup pod-lovers or for those who like to brew a full pot. ~ In-house washer and dryer ~ Smoke free ~ Complimentary DirecTV plus pre-loaded streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc). Guests must log into their own streaming services and remember to log out when you leave. ~ 2 parking spaces located right in front of the villa ~ Operated by Alabama born-and-raised siblings, not a management company. We are thrilled to share our space with you! THE AMENITIES: We don’t provide you with just your typical “starter kits”. We aim to provide you with more than you what you will need to make your stay stress-free and memorable. We provide: ~A variety of coffee and k-cup pods along with hot teas ~ Paper towels ~ Trash bags ~ Spices and oils ~ Q-tips, cotton swabs, and tooth flossers ~ Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap ~ Dish soap and dishwasher pods ~ Laundry detergent and fabric softener ~ Amazon Alexa available for easy thermostat control ~ Beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, water toys, boogie boards, bikes, etc. ~ Board games, cards, corn hole ~ Covered back porch with seating Guest access Easy check-in with keyless entry. The door code will be sent to you prior to your arrival date via text message or email once full payment has been made. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No smoking or vaping on premises, both indoors and outdoors. No open flames or candles allowed in the house. Your furry friends are welcome to join you on your vacation. Pets are limited to dogs only. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $125 per dog. Only one dog per stay is allowed. Dogs must be under 25lbs, over two years of age and well trained. Dogs must be crated if left inside alone. Renter will be held responsible for any damages the dog causes at the property. This is a quiet neighborhood and we kindly ask that you respect quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am. BOOKING GUESTS MUST BE 25-YEARS-OLD AND BE PRESENT THE ENTIRE STAY. Maximum permitted occupancy is 8 (9 if there is an infant). Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in a fine and you will be asked to leave. Not following these rules will result in any or all of the following: ~ $250 fine ~ Charge for any increase in cleaning fee ~ Charge for any damages ~ Asked to leave with NO refund We do not provide discounts or refunds for natural disaster, weather, acts of God, power outages or other disruptions that are beyond our control. We encourage all guests to consider trip insurance. This property is a duplex and you are renting unit B. PARKING ON THE PROPERTY shall be restricted to private automobiles, passenger vans, and utility trailers (not exceeding 6'W x 10'L) and only within the parking areas designated for that purpose. No parking on lawns shall be permitted. No commercial vehicles, boats, campers, mobile homes, motor homes, house trailers, large utility trailers, recreational vehicles shall be permitted to be parked or stored within the property. PROHIBITED VEHICLES WILL RECEIVE A WRITTEN NOTICE AND IF NOT REMOVED WITHIN 24 HRS OF NOTICE WILLBE TOWED AT THE VEHICLE OWNERS EXPENSE. Fire extinguisher located under kitchen sink. We have exterior cameras to monitor the outside premises only. Any attempt to disable, redirect or obscure the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of security deposit and might, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding night’s rents. NOTE: The video footage is not shared and is recorded only for safety and insurance purposes. OWNER'S LIABILITY: Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests fully understand and acknowledge that outdoor water activities have inherent risks, dangers and hazards. Participation in such activities may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability. CHECK-OUT REQUEST: 1) Take all trash to the outside bin. 2) Please start the dishwasher. 3) Leave all towels in the bathroom floor. That’s all! We are happy to take care of everything else!
