The space Kitchen: -Fully stocked so you can cook a home cooked meal -Dishwasher (detergent provided) -Pots + pans, cutting boards, + strainer -Dining Table with seating for four -Full-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave Living Space: -65 inch smart TV so you can log into your own streaming services -Futon that folds down for extra sleeping space -Queen-sized bed Bathroom: -Full-size shower -Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided -Extra toiletries in case you forget something! Laundry: -Washer + Dryer in unit -Laundry detergent provided Parking: -Off-street parking lot + street parking available The 605 Lofts are in the perfect central location and is within walking distance to many destinations: -10-min to Falls Park - 10-min to nightlife/Phillips Ave. - 11-min to Levitt at the Falls PLUS many destinations are a short drive away: - 7-min to Avera - 9-min to Sanford - 9-min to USF - 10-min to Sioux Falls Regional Airport - 11-min to Augie Guest access The Washington is located on the second level of the building. While there is a common door to get into the building, all the units are private and have their own entrance once you get inside. Other things to note FAQ Early check-in? - We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the unit, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready. Late Check-out? - No. Our unit is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures? - No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time. Is this a shared home? - This is a building that has four units that are rented as short-term rentals. While there is a common door to get into the building, all the units are private and have their own entrance once you get inside. Do you offer a cleaning service? - Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us! Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker? - No. This is against our policy.
