The surplus is your responsibility The space Secure accommodation located in a building in the back courtyard so very quiet especially on weekends. it is on the 3rd floor without elevator access with 24-hour security. Cleaning is done 2 or 3 times a week during the day by a housekeeper at your convenience. Please note that dishes are not included in the cleaning, it is not part of her duties. Please avoid any accumulation of dishes to prevent the proliferation of cockroaches. The housekeeper's arrival dates and times will be communicated to you. She has her access key to the apartment in case of absence. NB: Electricity is at your expense from 85 kWh offered, representing 10,000 CFA francs. Please note and plan for the cost of electricity, which is rechargeable through a prepaid system called "woyofal". Warning: the cost of electricity is very expensive in Senegal. The 10,000f offered represents 5 days of electricity without turning on the air conditioning too much (if you only use it in the evening for example) air conditioning is very energy intensive. We are in a hot country, the proliferation of cockroaches is very rapid. The large garbage can is located under the stairs going up to the apartment. Or just ask the caretaker. - Electricity is at your expense. You will recharge the prepaid Woyofal meter.
