NOTE: STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED Here is what you'll enjoy during your stay: - 4 aircon bedrooms (2 ensuite) that can sleep 9 pax with 2 queen, 2 single with pull-out and 1 sofa bed. In excess of 9 pax, 500/extra guest up to 5 additional guests (we have 5 extra floor mattresses) - 3 bathrooms all with hot shower (1 bathroom with bath tub in the ground floor) and 1 powder room also in the ground floor - Kitchen with refrigerator, 1 induction stove, microwave oven, digital pressure cooker, rice cooker, electric kettle, basic cooking and dining utensils, basic condiments (salt, pepper, soy sauce, cooking oil, vinegar, and fish sauce), coffee, creamer, sugar, and drinking water - Cabinet in every room and desk and chair with small table mirror for 3 of the bedrooms - 2 full body mirror (1 in the ground floor and 1 in the 2nd floor) - 2 smart TVs, one in the living area and one in the family area with Netflix and YouTube premium - WiFi access (PLDT) and with PLDT mesh in the 2nd floor - Checkers, scrabble, ice breaker question cards, UNO, and 2 pcs. bluetooth mic for karaoke - No AC in the common areas but with ceiling fan in the living area and 2 electric fans. There's also a screen door at the balcony. - Bath towels, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, toothbrush and toothpaste kit are also provided - For guests bringing kids, we provide 1 high chair, diaper changing table, and baby bath. - Garden with solar lights, seating area, outdoor griller and umbrella (charcoal and lighter not provided) and another griller placed in the garage parking - 1 small balcony and 1 bigger balcony with seating area - 2 emergency lights, one in the ground floor and one in the 2nd floor - 2-car parking with 1 street parking - When you exit the subdivision, there's a nearby Caltex, 7-11, Hen Lin, Potato Corner, Chowking Minivan, coffee shop, sari sari store, carinderia, fruit stand and don't forget to take home buko pie from The Original Buko Pie Shop - We don't have a pool but the clubhouse swimming pool is just a few mins. walk from our home 🏊 Clubhouse amenities (walking distance from the house): - Swimming pool with entrance fee (Php 300 for adults, Php 150 for kids, and Php 800 for cabanas) open from 8-5pm, Tuesdays to Sundays - Basketball court - Park Note: - We have four exterior security cameras. Two of which are over the balcony and the other two is in the garage and entrance near the front yard. There are no indoor security cameras installed in the property. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house. Guests can rent the clubhouse but must give advanced notice and is subject for approval. Swimming pool is also open to non-homeowners with a fee and is available from Tuesdays to Sundays (8-5pm). Swimming pool rates Adult - Php 300 Child - Php 150 Cabanas - Php 800 Other things to note Our home can accommodate up to a max of 14 persons. All (4) bedrooms can sleep to a total of 9 pax. The base rate is Php 6,500 for 9 persons (Sundays to Thursdays) and Php 7,000 on Fridays and Saturdays. In excess of 9 pax, there is a Php 500 fee/person with max of 5 extra guests which will be added to the total payment. Sleeping arrangement: (1) queen bed in master's bedroom ground floor = 2 pax (1) queen bed in master's bedroom 2nd floor + (1) sofa bed = 3 pax (1) single bed w/ pull out 2nd floor (bedroom 1) = 2 pax (1) single bed w/ pull out 2nd floor (bedroom 2) = 2 pax There are (5) extra floor mattresses for (5) extra guests. Each floor mattress is 2" and each guest will receive a pillow and a blanket. Extra mattresses can be placed as follows: (1) floor mattress at the ground floor master's bedroom (1) floor mattress in bedroom 1 (1) floor mattress in bedroom 2 (2) floor mattresses in the family area Kindly take note of the house rules provided for a smooth and enjoyable stay. For safety purposes, please walk carefully when in the patio as the ground near the sliding door is not level.
