Family home in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel.

We have just moved to Tanis, a small village in the bay of Mont St Michel, and we are offering to rent our house to you during our absence. The house is being renovated, the garden lacks finishing touches! ;-)... but it remains very pleasant ;-))... And especially in a beautiful environment... The space Thanks to the photos, you have a fairly accurate overview of our environment ;-) and we will be happy to make you enjoy its assets! .... a 6 km walk from the salt meadows and the steps of Mont St Michel... everything is happiness for lovers of hiking ... the GR34 along the coast! This 130 m2 house includes on the ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 x 190 and 1 bed 160 x 200) bathroom with toilet. upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190) and in the large office 1 extra bed (80 x 190) with shower room and separate toilet... a workshop area will remain private and for this reason we cannot accommodate small children (between 1 and 7 years old)... because there are too many tools lying around... in addition the staircase is not secure... The extension of the house (visible in the photo) will also be closed because it is first and foremost a sculpture workshop. You can enjoy a small garden adjacent to the house, as well as the view of a pond with three pretty koi carp... and you will also have access during our absence to the 1000 m2 orchard and the henhouse ;-)... fresh eggs offered in exchange for small daily care of our beloved hens. Guest access Tanis has a lot of assets... because it is located at a crossroads of the most attractive cities!!! - 7 km from Pontorson (train station with connection to Paris or Rennes) - 16 km from Avranches (City full of history: scriptorial, museums...) - 43 km from Granville (Seaside town... Christian Dior Museum, Casino...) - 51 km from Saint-Malo - 64 km from Rennes - 113 km from Saint-Brieuc - 121 km from Caen - 136 km from Cherbourg Other things to note Tanis is ideally located for those wishing to travel around the margins of Normandy and Brittany. You can, if you're feeling generous, stroll along the bay, just 3 km from the house... or stroll around Granville (the "Monaco of the North")? or Coutances, charming Norman towns... Brittany, for its part, will offer you the charms of Fougères, Cancale, Dinard or Saint Malo within an hour's drive... Highlight: visit the wonder of the west, Mont Saint Michel and cross its bay for unforgettable memories... Starting from the small village of Ardevon, you can avoid the large car parks and walk through the beautiful salt meadows to access this exceptional site.
