To ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines: · We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). · Pets must be kenneled and house trained. · All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home. · Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. · Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. · Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. · Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. *Streaming TV : All homes are equipped with Smart TVs and all streaming services are bring your own login (BYOL). Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in but we do not provide login credentials for any streaming services* Starter Supplies Provided To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack of essentials including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment. Oversized Vehicle & Hookup Policy: Parking of RVs, trailers, or any vehicle larger than a standard-size pickup truck is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the host. Additionally, electrical and water hookups are not permitted at any of our properties under any circumstances. It is home to a wide range of cultures, lifestyles, and energy. If you prefer a quiet, suburban, or uniform environment, this may not be the best fit. Due to our central location near downtown, the hospital, police station, and fire station, you may occasionally hear city sounds such as sirens or foot traffic. These are part of life in a lively urban area. Rest assured, the studio itself is a cozy and fully equipped space where you can unwind, cook meals, and stream your favorite shows after a day out. 🦟 Pest Control Notice Because of our coastal climate and humidity, routine pest control is performed in all units. While we take every precaution, occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitoes, ants, or other pests may occur. If you notice anything, please notify us immediately so our pest control team can address it promptly. 🐾 Friendly Heads-Up for Extended Stays & Pets 🐶 Pet Policy: Pets are welcome! A $120 per pet / per stay fee applies, with a maximum of 2 pets. Violations will result in immediate eviction - Check in Time - Any time after 4pm - Check out Time - 11am - Wash all kitchen items during your stay and ensure sink is clear of any dirty dishes. - $75 initial late fee applies for guests that do not check out by 11am and $40/hour thereafter - No confetti, no glitter, or bath bombs -Charges for damages and broken house rules will be determined by the hosts on a case by case basis. Damages and additional charges are non-negotiable -Trash must be placed in the provided trash receptacle located in back of property -$55 Extended stay (6 or more nights) cleaning fee every week will be charged -Guest(s) assumes responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property.
