Other things to note The house rules are clear: - Be responsible for organizing the space; - Do not smoke inside the bedrooms, use the balcony; - Do not hang anything from the apartment windows (no team flags or clothing); - Collect your garbage before leaving and dispose of it in the trash can in front of the condominium, across the street; - Respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.; - Please report any broken or damaged items immediately. - Parties and/or gatherings that disturb neighbors are prohibited, regardless of size. In the rental, the guest will have access to everything that is listed in the announcement, such as Smart TV, Wi-Fi 200 megabytes, living room with air-conditioning 18,000 BTUs hot and cold. Gas shower, double bed, closet and air-conditioning 9,000 BTUs hot and cold. The kitchen is complete with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, pots, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery and the like.
