Welcome to Gîte Cœur de Cigogne, a 3-star apartment with authentic charm, in an outbuilding of an Alsatian farmhouse from 1840. Carefully renovated, it combines modern comfort and historic character. Ideally located in Alsace, just 15 minutes from Strasbourg and Obernai, and 5 minutes from the airport and train station, it is the perfect starting point for discovering the picturesque villages, numerous swimming spots, Christmas markets and many activities in the region. The space This 90 sqm cottage is totally independent and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is accessible via a private path and also has a small landscaped outdoor area. Shower room with walk-in shower and towel dryer. Separate toilet with handwasher. 2nd floor: Fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher, etc.). Air-conditioned living/dining room with smart TV, books and games. Office space with wired internet and Wi-Fi. Mezzanine with quality sofa bed (140x190), available for groups of more than 4 people or on request with extra charge. Outdoors: Private entrance. Small outdoor area with outdoor furniture. Christmas Markets During the Christmas market period, we decorate our farmhouse and install a small tree in the cottage to make your stay even more special. Guest access The gite is totally independent, with dedicated access by a private path. It has its own outdoor space, ensuring comfort and privacy. We will be nearby to welcome you when you arrive and answer any questions you may have. Don't hesitate to ask us for our best places and tips to make the most of the area! Parking is free on the street in front of the cottage, otherwise free parking is available 80 meters from the cottage (at the entrance to Rue des Eglises). An electric charging station is 400 meters away next to the town hall. Other things to note *Maximum capacity: 6 people (adults, children and babies included). *Stairs not equipped with safety gates. * Rooftop windows with electric blackout curtains. *Towels and linens included. Optional towels (€5/kit). * Umbrella bed & high chair available on request. * 🧹 No cleaning fee is charged. We simply ask that you leave the space clean and tidy (dishes done, trash emptied, etc.). We of course take care of the complete disinfection of the premises to guarantee your comfort. In case of non-compliance with these instructions, a fee of €150 may be applied.
