The building was created by Deutsche Werkstätten Dresden as one of the first prefabricated wooden houses in Germany. After more than 6000 hours of careful restoration, it now shines in its full splendor on a picturesque hill in Alpirsbach-Reinerzau. The apartment offers everything you need for a natural Black Forest on 75 m² of living space. The centerpiece is the large open living and dining area with a very well-equipped kitchenette and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom has a nice cozy sauna for 2 people and a whirlpool tub. You can accommodate 4 people in the two bedrooms. Another guest can be accommodated in the sleeping chair. The underfloor heating radiates cozy warmth.
