Stone Cottage near the Beach

Make memories at this unique family-friendly home. This stone cottage is in the heart of the village next to the church and pub, surrounded by hills yet a short walk from the beach. It has an abundance of charm and character with a cosy living room opening onto a bright kitchen dining area under a sky lantern. Patio doors open onto the garden with a hot tub overlooking the hills. It’s a ten minute stroll through the field at the end of the lane to the beach. You will love it as much as we do. The space There are exposed stone walls in every room giving this cottage plenty of character. Beautiful original tiles and hard floors downstairs are easy to clean. There is a spacious but cosy living room with fireplace and work desk, adjoining a bright airy dining room with patio doors and a sky lantern, and kitchen with breakfast bar. A large fridge freezer and larder provide plenty of storage, and you will find everything you need to cook, including a mixer, bread maker, and dishwasher. There is a second sink in the utility area along with a washing machine and drier. Upstairs is carpeted and has two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and two single bedrooms, with a put me up bed available if required. There is also a separate bathroom with bath and shower. Guest access The house and garden is completely available to guests, other than the boiler room downstairs and the loft room on the top floor which are used for storage. These areas are clearly marked private and I expect guests to respect this. Please also respect that this is our home, along with everything in it.
