Welcome to our charming apartment, which is located on the 1st floor of a detached house and has its own separate entrance. Here you can enjoy the privacy of your own area. The spacious living area invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities to cater for yourself. Your landlord, who lives in the same house, will be happy to answer any questions and make recommendations. The space The spacious entrance area leads you to a modern, open kitchen with dining area, which merges into the living area with sofa (can easily be converted into a comfortable sofa bed), fireplace and flat-screen TV. Large windows offer daylight and views of the surrounding area. The bathroom can be reached via the master bedroom and the guest toilet is located in the entrance area. Other things to note The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village surrounded by meadows and pastures. In the immediate vicinity is a farm. A Raiffeisen market is only about 10 minutes' walk. Here you will find shops for various everyday necessities and on the neighboring farm you can buy fresh milk and eggs. Two idyllic swimming lakes are nearby and are easily reached by car or bike. The charming city of Ravensburg is in approx. 20 minutes by car and attracts with historical flair as well as a variety of shopping opportunities. Enjoy the weekly market on Saturdays and discover the old town with its picturesque alleys, boutiques and cozy cafes. For families, the Ravensburger Spieleland offers a colorful mix of amusement park and educational institution. Here, children can immerse themselves in the world of games and experience exciting attractions.
