A park-style grill is located right in front of the cabin (bring your own charcoal) ▪️ Fresh bath and bed linens are provided - save space in your luggage as you will not need to pack them! 🚗 PARKING ▪️ Private driveway fits 3 full-sized cars comfortably ✨ Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a comprehensive digital guidebook which includes house rules, check in-instructions, things to do around town, and other general info. I am always available to answer any questions, help prepare for your trip, assist with any special requests you may have, and provide local tips/attractions, but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a message away :) You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Guest access ✨ You will have private use to the entire cabin and all its amenities during your stay ❤️ Other things to note 🔥 ELECTRIC FIREPLACE ▪️ Our electric fireplace, which only served a purpose for ambiance mood lighting, rather than for heat, is no longer functioning. Please note that a working electric fireplace is no longer part of our amenities. ⛰️ MOUNTAIN DRIVING ⚠️ ▪️ Please be mindful that you are renting a cabin in the mountains. Most roads in our area are well maintained but will be curvy, steep and narrow due to being located in the mountains. There are limited streetlights on mountain roads. These are city roads, so we cannot guarantee any road surface condition. No changes or refunds are given due to fear of heights or roads. ▪️ Snow tire chains and/or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly encouraged during winter months in the event of inclement weather. ▪️ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and/or chains. ▪️ For local road conditions, please call: State Highway Department Please remember you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement and upload a copy of their ID upon booking. (Airbnb policy: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/465). In addition, a security deposit hold (not a charge) of $500 is required and will be automatically reserved for the booking.
