Summer Place offers an expansive living room with comfortable furnishing and wood floors, creating the perfect cozy setting. Downstairs offers a second living area with TV and a foosball table; the perfect spot for the kids to hang after a long day at the beach. Preparing home-cooked meals adds a lot of convenience to the vacation experience while saving you the need to dine out every day. Summer Place features a fully equipped kitchen upstairs with ample appliances for all your culinary needs. Downstairs features a small kitchen area with full size refrigerator (perfect for drinks and snacks), kitchen sink and dishwasher. After a tiring day touring Myrtle Beach, relish a good night’s rest in Summer Place’s bedrooms. The home features seven cozy bedrooms, including three rooms upstairs with queen beds. Downstairs has two bedrooms with swing king beds, one bedroom with 2 twin beds, and the last bedroom has a bunk bed (twin upper and double bed lower). Summer Place offers four modern bathrooms where you and yours can freshen up before heading out or after a long day out and about. Each bathroom features a toilet, shower, and sink, with cabinets for storing toiletries or personal supplies. Dirty laundry is an inescapable reality, but thankfully, Summer Place offers the convenience of a washer and dryer on the downstairs level of the house. Head outside to soak in the soothing South Carolina sunshine and sea breeze. The pool is an excellent place for a relaxing dip, offering a closer alternative to the Atlantic ocean on days if you’d rather stay off the beach. The onsite propane grill makes whipping up a feast a breeze to feed all the hungry family rolling in off the beach. And let's not forget the expansive decking on the front and back sides of the property. Sit on the back deck to watch the kids playing in the pool or sit on the front deck to people watch on Ocean Boulevard and enjoy the ocean breeze. Going on vacation without your beloved pooch can often feel like leaving behind a precious family member. Summer Place allows for up to three pets, making it possible to travel with your pawed pals. The spacious layout gives your pet ample room to move about, while the fenced backyard ensures your pooch stays within. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $250 per pet, please add correct number of pets when booking your reservation. Summer Place really does have it all.
